Named for its view of the San Cruz Mountains, Mountain View is a diverse community centrally located in the heart of the Silicon Valley (10 miles north of San Jose and 35 miles south of San Francisco). At just over 12 square miles, the City is home to approximately 75,000 residents, many nationally and internationally known corporations, and a thriving small business base.

Shoreline Park offers 8 miles of paved trails, an 18-hole golf course, wildlife and
recreation areas and a 50-acre lake perfect for sailing small boats.

In addition to the lively downtown, every week during summer, residents enjoy concerts under the stars featuring local bands, free family-oriented outdoor movies topped off by the annual Mountain View Art & Wine Festival in early September.Entertainment continues with the Shoreline Amphitheatre, the 22,000-seat outdoor concert venue that attracts top performers and music festivals.
